After-Sales Service

We offer an 18-month free warranty on the entire unit, support global warranty and a three-year quality guarantee, and provide 24-hour customer service and free installation and commissioning services to ensure worry-free customer use.

The company makes the following commitments regarding the products sold:

1. Ensure that the product quality meets the factory standards;

2. The product warranty is effective from the date of purchase, with the entire machine covered for free repair for 18 months.

3. During the warranty period, products that fail due to usage in accordance with the instructions and the labels attached to the device are eligible for free repair.

4. During the warranty period, products must be serviced with the warranty card and the device serial number. Lost warranty cards will not be reissued, so please keep them safely.

5. The following items are not covered under the warranty:

  • Faults caused by improper use, incorrect operation, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.
  • Faults caused by natural disasters or abnormal voltage
  • Damage to the machine caused by perceived damage or damage during transportation, etc.;
  • Those who are deemed to have torn off the aircraft serial number or are unable to provide the aircraft serial number;
  • Unable to provide the warranty card machine serial number or purchase invoice.
